Hi, My name is Danielle Gilbert. I graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 2012 and went on to get my Masters degree in Social Work in 2014. I spent several years working in hospice helping and supporting people undergoing severe illnesses and their families. I have since spent over ten years working in the clinical field working with a wide population, ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar and PTSD. I believe in using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, specifically CBT, ACT, Behavior therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. I look forward to getting to know you and I am here to help.
Hello, my name is Valerie and I am a proud Rutgers graduate where I had the opportunity to learn and sharpen my clinical skills. I am dedicated to serve all clients from all different backgrounds and upbringings. I have experience working with men, women and children, domestic violence victims, victims of trauma, individuals suffering from psychiatric conditions and individuals combating life transitions. I am well versed in utilizing methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic modalities, along with solution focused interventions. I enjoy learning about my clients, I also take pride in advocating for my clients and highlighting their strengths and resiliency. I hope you can allow me to embark on this mental health journey with you and allow me to show you just how capable and courageous you are. At the end of it all, we do not need to feel ashamed of who we are or what we have endured. Instead, we can reflect on our past and implement strides going forward to establish growth and self fulfillment.
